Finlos Loves is a show about relationships and how they work, or don’t work. We offer our honest stories with guidance from professional and personal experience as therapist, teacher, and two decades of being in relationship. This episode focuses on patterns of communication and how those patterns can become barriers. The conversation is broken into several segments, the first of which addresses families of origin, the tendency for some partners to lose the thread of the story of their relationship, and the experience of talking, but not always being heard.
